Gordon Munding's "Slide Of Hand" Blues & Roots Jam wsg/ Scott Zani - 6-9pm

The monthly 3 part show Opens with:
> The “Slide of Hand Band’ (often, with surprise guests) @ 6pm!
> Then a Special Guest is featured around 7pm.
> Jam time at 8pm-ish.

This month, Scott Zani is our featured special guest!
Scott is known by many for his tasty electric guitar playing and vocals, especially in the Brian Lindsay band.
Yet the reason I asked Scott back this year is because he also plays amazing acoustic blues styles, featuring complex songs from the likes of Robert Johnson and other related pre-war styles of the 1930s, and related roots of the 60s. Not too many “roots artists” are playing this stuff any more.
So much of the 60’s music and onward, was mined from the earlier vast texture of American Roots and Blues.

Greg Franklin, Levon Jones, Lee Kaminske, and Mike Pavone and I will be serving up a hot gumbo of that!
