AUTUMN SPICED CHICKEN & SWEET POTATO CAKES
A sweet potato cake topped with spiced pulled chicken and finished with an autumn fruit compote and fresh herbs.

Paired with: NO SLEEP TIL DANSVILLE – a honey cream ale.

COURSE 2
MAPLE BOURBON BACON WEDGE SALAD
Iceberg lettuce wedge topped with maple bacon, pecans, red onion, crumbly blue cheese, crispy garbanzo beans, and dried apricot finished with a vanilla bourbon dressing.

Paired with: NY GRAINS, TRAINS, & AUTOMOBILES- a hoppy pale ale.

COURSE 3
ROASTED FENNEL PORK
Grilled marinated boneless pork chop topped with a warm fennel melange and served with a cherry-peppered rice and garlic butter vegetable blend.

Paired with: THE SISTERS THREE – a black IPA.

COURSE 4
APPLE COBBLER ROLLS
Apple cream cheese and crumble filled eggrolls, fried and served with vanilla ice cream and topped with a Crown caramel cream sauce.

Paired with: NORTON STREET LOUISVILLE CHUGGER – a Kentucky Common Ale
