Gordon Munding's "Slide Of Hand" Blues & Jam wsg/Phil Marshall - 6-9pm

This monthly 3 Part Show Opens with:
1) The ~Slide of Hand~ Band @ 6pm!
2) Special Guest @ 7pm!
3) Jam 8-9pm!

This month’s special guest is Rochester’s own Phil Marshall! He’s well known for his original compositions, and his contributions to the famed “Colored Blind James Band”, and “Margret Explosion” among others. I discovered Phil at a healthcare workshop where he described his job as a ‘music therapist’ for patients in hospice. His stories about how music can help the suffering and the people he met , and what they taught him blew me away, and inspired me to create a music theraputic group in the hospital I was working at. So I’m extremely honored to welcome this seasoned performer with his deep authentic style to our September Jam!

> It all begins this month with the ~Slide of Hand~ Bluesy Ban, featuring Greg Franklin on Bass, Washboard Dave on percussion and Gordon Munding on Guitar & Vocals @ 6pm.
> Then Phil Marshall will perform a set of his tunes at 7pm.

> JAM Time: Begins at 7:45ish pm!
[Although it’s NOT an open mic, ALL Musicians are welcome to join us for the closing blues related jam!
