Phil Dollard - 5-6:30pm

Phil Dollard is a blues-based acoustic guitarist who moved back to the Rochester area from Downstate, where he had been performing in clubs and coffeehouses for decades. He writes original songs but also covers artists from the 1930s through the folk/rock revival of the 60s and beyond. Influences range from the Piedmont finger-picking of Rev. Gary Davis to the slide guitar of Mississippi Fred McDowell and Robert Johnson.
